AMENITIES :
Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker, TV, internet, iron and board, anti noise windows in bedrooms, linen and kitchenware are supplied. The heating is centralised and cannot be controlled by the tenant.

Positive aspects: 
An amazing tableau of Florence from the living and dining room, location, elevator.

Negative aspects: 
2 bathrooms have no windows, one small shower stall.

Our personal opinion: 
“The views are fascinating, so much to watch on the river, while seated in this comfortable apartment."
