The piazza is extremely centrally located, within a few minutes´ walk from the Duomo cathedral, the Ponte Vecchio and all of Florence´s major museums, historical sights, bistros, bars and restaurants. The exquisite Rivoire Caffe Pasticceria, is 50 meters from the apartment. It is a wonderful location for shopping and sightseeing, with the main post-office and the Central Market of San Lorenzo less than 15 minutes away.

The apartment can be rented together with 2 other adjoining 1-bedroom apartments, with a common hallway and a main entry door.
Positive aspects:
Location, views, elevator, 2nd bathroom for guest using, divan bed.
Negative aspects:
Noise from the piazza, enter directly into the kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom without window, stairs to the elevator from the street.
Our personal opinion:
“A conveniently positioned apartment with a lovely cosy atmosphere being comfortably furnished. The kitchen is not closed of so one must be very tidy and neat. A great alternative to hotel accommodation.”

Utilities (gas, water and electricity), internet connection, final cleaning/laundry fee. Maid service and garage parking are available upon request.
