The apartment is situated near several theatres, the main ones being "Il Teatro Verdi" and "La Pergola", which host numerous concerts throughout the year.  Piazza Santa Croce hosts many festivities including the “Calcio in Costume”  the historical foot ball match played in medieval costumes in the month of June, and numerous outdoor concerts.

Positive aspects: 
Location, frescoes, original features, public transportation nearby, modern conveniences, concierge service.

Negative aspects: 
Stairs, 2 bathrooms with no windows, internal stairs, no views visible from 1st level (windows too high).

Our personal opinion: 
"A modern luxury apartment with hi-tech amenities, once the first theatre for opera situated in a very important  historic Florentine palazzo and is one of the very few  apartments with a truly cosmopolitan ambience."

Included: 
Bed linens changed every 3 days, bath linens changed daily, utilities, daily maid service, concierge service availble (24hrs/day), WiFi Internet, final cleaning and laundry charge.
