Positive aspects:

Negative aspects: 
to access the two bedrooms and bathroom there is a low passage (aprox 1.75 mt)

Our personal opinion: 
a nicely and well done refurbishment, great materials and layout. Superb views. Quiet and sunny. Easy Access.
