Crossing Ponte Santa Trinita one is in the heart of the city and close to most of the museums. It is a very convenient location for shopping, restaurants,and language schools, and is close to the British Institute English lending library. There are numerous language school in the neighbourhood.

FURNISHINGS
Mainly antiques with some modern piece interspersed, original floors parquet and terracotta, some ceilings are frescoed and the TV room is lined in silk. The drapes are white linen and floral brocade. The bathroom are handpainted with built-in furniture. Kitchen is tiled with modern bench and old table.
The main entrance is like a conservatory with French doors opening onto the inner courtyard. All the rooms lead into each other and following the edge of the garden with the master bedroom, living room, dining room, study/television room and library all have French doors leading out to the garden.

AMENITIES
Air conditioning units, internet connection, satellite T.V telephones, kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, two door fridge , oven, washing machine, dryer, gas heating system may be controlled by the tenant, external blinds over the patio, outdoor furniture, garage for 2 cars and several bicycles. The garden has a grotto and a fountain, a doorman for the building.

Positive aspects: 
Garden, views, church bells, sun light, spacious, quiet, location, garage, doorman.

Negative aspects: 
Garage parking (cars have to be parked one behind the other), air conditioning units, neighbours on one side of the garden and above, church bells chime once or twice a day.

Our personal opinion: 
“Probably the very best apartment in the centre of Florence, an elegant and gracous home with a beautiful and spacious garden, home to some tortoises, but if all that is not sufficient, having a private garage and a doorman has to be.”
