The piazza is extremely centrally located, within a few minutes´ walk from the Duomo cathedral, the Ponte Vecchio and all of Florence´s major museums, historical sights, bistros, bars and restaurants. The exquisite Rivoire Caffe Pasticceria, is just across the piazza from the apartment. It is a wonderful location for shopping and sightseeing, with the main post-office and the Central Market of San Lorenzo less than 15 minutes away.

On the 2nd floor of a beautiful 18th century building (with elevator plus approx. 12 steps) , measures approx. 50 sq. mts. (500 sq. ft.) and consists of:

FURNISHINGS:
Wooden floors with rugs, silk curtains at the windows, a mixture of antiques and traditional pieces of furniture. A French door from the living room opens onto a very small balcony overlooking Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and the Neptune Fountain. There are superb views of Piazza Signoria from the bedroom and living room windows.
AMENITIES:
Air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet connection, safe, 4-burner gas range, microwave, fridge, small dishwasher, linens and kitchenware are supplied.
The apartment can be rented together with 2 other adjoining 1-bedroom apartments, with a common hallway and a main entry door.
Positive aspects:
Location, views, elevator, 2nd bathroom for guest using, divan bed.
Negative aspects:
Noise from the piazza, very small kitchenette, small bathroom, no washing machine presently available, stairs to the elevator from the street.
