The apartment is situated near several theatres Il Teatro Verdi and La Pergola, which host numerous concerts throughout the year, including performances of the famous Maggio Musicale music festival in the spring.

Our personal opinion: 
"A great winter apartment with southern light, and equally pleasant in the summer because of the terrace and the air conditioning. It is small but cosy and in a wonderful location."
