Furnishings are a mostly traditional with a few antique style pieces. The floors are light beige tiles in living/dining room and storage area, while the bedroom floor is parquet. The bathroom is tiled with modern fixtures. The window in the loft bedroom is a skylights that can be opened.

AMENITIES:
Toaster oven, refrigerator, freezer, 4 burner electric induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi internet connection, air conditioning and TV.  Heating is supplied by a heat exchange system and is autonomous. Bed and bath linens and kitchenware are supplied.

Positive aspects: 
Location, luminous, spacious, not a tourist neighbourhood, good shopping area, municipal buses,  1 bike parking in courtyard.

Negative aspects: 
Stairs, no window in bathroom.

“A charming and spacious small apartment in an active and interesting Florentine neighborhood. The Sant’Ambrogio open food and vegetable market is very near.”
