Positive aspects: 
Location, terrace, views, bedrooms are to the back so they are quiet, dramatic alcove in master bedroom, spacious.

Negative aspects: 
Bathroom for master bedroom is across the hall and is also guest bathroom, no special views from terrace, terrace access through one bedroom.
