Positive aspects: 
Screens, small terrace, air conditioning, elevator, location, views, and comfortably furnished.

Negative aspects: 
10 steps to the elevator, 2 bathrooms are small, 1 bathroom has no window, internal steps,  location and noise from the street below, possibly also late due to restaurants and pubs in the immediate area.

Our personal opinion: 
“An attractive large apartment in a well serviced area of Florence with every amenity close at hand.”
