Positive aspects: 
Location, views, air conditioning, lots of light from the numerous windows, quiet except for nearby church bells.

Negative aspects: 
76 steps, to get to terrace have to pass through the 3rd bedroom.

Our personal opinion: 
“This charming apartment is a jewel. One could look at the 76 steps as free exercise, a bonus in keeping well.”
