The small village of Paterno i set on the East, hills approx 25 km from Florence, and approx 10 km from the bigger town of Pontassieve where all major services and train station can be found.

Negative aspects: 
currently the house would need some upgrade works on the ground floor to use it`s full potential. A bedroom and bathroom in the apartment are accessible though and external loggia.

Our personal opinion: 
a really characteristic country house in good shape with great upgrade potential; easy outdoor maintenance and not isolated.
