Via Pilati is located on the east side of the city, in a residential area about 1 km. from Piazza Santa Croce and the historical center of Florence.  There are many shops and restaurants in the area and good bus service to the centre, as well as to the Florence Academy of Art.  It is near the Bellariva park where there are swimming pools open to the public, and about 200 meters to the Arno river and the parks along its banks.

Description: 
On the ground floor (up 3 steps from street level), it measures approx. 70 sq. m. (approx 753 sq.ft.), and consists of:

FURNISHINGS:
A mix of contemporary, traditional and antique furnishings with hardwood floors in living areas.  High, exposed wooden beam ceilings and brick arches over the windows and in the bedroom.  The kitchen and bathroom floors are tiled.  The kitchen is white, built-in with a light wood laminate counter top.  There is a large wardrobe in the hall and many shelves in the entrance/living room.  There is an unright piano in the living room.

AMENITIES:
Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 gas burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, TV, safe.  Autonomous gas heating.  Kitchenware and linens are supplied.  

Positive aspects: 
Located on a private, internal street with no traffic, private entrance, spacious, patio along front of house.

Negative aspects: 
No window in bathroom.

Our personal opinion: 
"A comfortable apartment outside the city center, but with easy access to it."

Not included: 
Utilities (gas, water, electricity), internet connection, garbage tax, final cleaning.
