Location:
Via Benedetto da Maiano is a rustic walled street, leading from Settignano to Salviatino and up towards via di San Domenico, which proceeds on to Fiesole. It is approx. 15 minutes by car and 45 minutes by foot from the centre of town. The small villages of San Domenico and Ponte a Mensola (down hill) are both handy for a post office, food shops and restaurants. The apartment is also 15 minutes from the European University in San Domenico.
Description:
The apartment is part of a villa and is set in extensive private grounds with a large patio area just outside the house, a pool and a small woods in a quiet neighbourhood. There are 2 gates, one leading to the private parking area for 10 cars and the other to the common parking lot where there are 3 reserved parking spaces. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, internet connection, phone line, oven, microwave, television with satellite connection, and linen is supplied. Housekeeping services are available. The central heating is autonomous and can be turned off and on at the clients discretion. This is a NO SMOKING house.

The house and grounds have good privacy, but they are part of a larger property where others live.
