Positive aspects: 
Location, balcony, patio with no nearby neighbor windows overlooking it and with a 2nd outside kitchen, luminous, quiet (apart from the bells Santa Croce).

Negative aspects: 
Stairs, small living room.

Our personal opinion: 
"A lovely and comfortable single family house in the city with great, private outdoor space."
