It is within a few minutes` walk from Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo and most of Florence`s major museums and historical sights. Nearby there is a supermarket, a post office and a little further on the famous open-air market of Sant’Ambrogio.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (48 steps, no elevator), 3 levels, measures approx. 150 sq. mt. (approx. 1,600 sq. ft.) and consists of:

The spacious apartment is furnished with mostly traditional wooden pieces with more modern sofa and chairs in the living room. There are colourful grit floors in the living/dining room, entry, and bedroom corridor, while the living room corridor is marble.  The modern, white built in kitchen has marble counter tops and a tiled floor.  The bedrooms have parquet floors.  The bathroom has travertine floors and walls with modern white fixtures and a glass shower stall.  The guest bath has marble walls and a tiled floor.  The upper bedroom has a wooden day bed and a grit floor.  The terrace floor is in traditional terracotta tiles with an exposed wooden beam roof.

AMENITIES:
Dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster oven, capsule coffee maker, TV, internet connection, washing machine, autonomous heating.

Positive aspects: 
Spacious, light, views from terrace, centrally located to shops and museums and monuments.

Negative aspects: 
Steps, upper bedroom must use main floor bath. Washing machine in room off terrace on top floor.
