Location: 
This small hamlet is located near San Casciano V.P. where the main Antinori wine cellars are situated.  This is the beautiful and historically rich Chianti region with the very typical Tuscan countryside of vineyards and olive groves.  It is an excellent base for excursions in this area.  It is about 4 km. from San Casciano and Mercatale, which are both small towns with good restaurants, cafes, and shops. 

Description: 
One part of the original farmhouse, it is on 2 levels for a total of about 120 sq. mts. (1300 sq.ft), and consists of:

Ground floor:
Living room (with working fireplace, double sofa bed and upright piano)
Kitchen/dining room (table for 6)
Bathroom (shower stall)

1st floor:
1 Double bedroom
2 twin bedroom (beds can be joined),
2 bathroom ( 1 en suite with shower stall, 1 with Jacuzzi tub and hand held shower)

MAXIMUM 6 + 2 PERSONS

The entire complex of 4 farm buildings with 5 apartments can accommodate a total of 22 persons.  It is also possible to rent space in the Villa for events.

FURNISHINGS:
The apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of Tuscan country style pieces and new sofas, chairs and terrace furnishings.  There are wood-beam ceilings throughout, and terracotta floors.  The bathrooms are tiled and the kitchen built in with modern appliances.

AMENTIES:
It is equipped with air conditioning, safe, barbecue, internet connection, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, satellite TV, washing machine, and an independent heating system.  The unit has its private outdoor space with furniture for relaxing.  Parking is available.  There is a shared outside game area with table football and a shared pool with gazebos and deck chairs.  The whole complex of the Villa, which is the owner`s private residence, and the farm buildings is surrounded by an enclosed park.

Positive aspects: 
Views, park, walks, patio, pool, working fireplace.

Negative aspects: 
Shared pool.

Included: 
WEEKLY RENTAL :water, gas and electricity up to Euro 50, intrernet. 
MORE THAN 1 WEEK:1 hour cleaning and change of linens per week.

Not included: 
WEEKLY RENTAL :cost of water, gas and electricity together over Euro 50, final cleaning.
