In the heart of the Chianti region, on the hills close to the town of Poggibonsi (half way between Florence and Siena), where all main services and public transport to Florence can be found; just close drive to San Gimignano, Castellina in Chianti and Montereggioni. Our personal opinion: 
a great project for a superb old country home in the heart of Tuscany, easy access to services and to the house. Could be devided into two independent houses having 2 entrances.
