Negative aspects: 
there are no views, the loft area has low ceilings (approx 1.3 meter)

Our personal opinion: 
a nice well done apartment with a good modern layout and feeling but yet in a old classic environment. Splendid central location but yet in a quiet and secondary street. also as investment for short term rentals.
