Positive aspects: 
Location, public transport, storage space, light.

Negative aspects: 
Stairs, no window in the kitchen, maybe some noise from pedestrians.

Our personal opinion: 
"A very pleasant and comfortable studio apartment."

Utilities (gas, water, electricity), internet connection, final cleaning and laundry charges, condominium of approx. EUR 20.00 per month.
