The soft furnishings and window drapes are cotton. The bathrooms are hand painted and have shower stalls, one has a marble sink.

AMENITIES :
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and floor fans, internet connection, videophone, CD player, TV, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, kitchenware and linens. The heating is gas and may be turned off/on by the tenant.

Positive aspects: 
Elevator, location near to the Fortezza da Basso/ Palazzo dei Congressi and public transportation options, sunny terrace with roof top views, air conditioning in the bedrooms, double glazed windows on street side rooms.

Negative aspects: 
Stairs in apartment, 2 bedrooms have lofts and high windows, some pedestrian street noise.

Our personal opinion: 
"An apartment built in an old convent, quiet and clean, not sophisticated but comfortable situated in a super convenient location, ideal for anyone attending a conference or international exhibition being close to the Fortezza, the terrace is an added bonus and it is suitable for a large family or a group of friends.”

Utilities (gas, water, electricity), telephone, internet connection, maid service, and final cleaning and laundry charge.
