Close by are the Sant`Ambrogio open-air fruit and vegetable market and general shopping. The apartment is located near several theatres, including "La Pergola" which hosts numerous concerts throughout the year, as well as performances of the famous "Maggio Musicale" (the May musical festival) in the spring. Next to Piazza D`Azeglio is one of Europe`s oldest Synagogues, and Florence`s only kosher restaurant.

Telephone, T.V.  oven, microwave, washing machine, safe. The heating is autonomous gas (may be adjusted by the tenant). Linen and kitchenware are supplied. There is one fold-out single bed available if needed.

Positive aspects: 
Location, garden, patio, large closet, the boulevard surrounding Florence is nearby providing easy access to the main highways.

Negative aspects: 
The bedroom has a window on the street and there may be some noise.
