Down the street there is a supermarket, the post office and a little further on the open-air market of Sant`Ambrogio, the antique market of Piazza Ciompi, and numerous restaurants of all types.

Description: 
4th floor with an elevator and measures approx. 200 sq. mts.(approx. 2,000 sq. ft.), is on 2 levels and consists of:

1st level
Living/dining room (table for 8 and working fireplace)
3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 2 with twin beds)
3 bathrooms (2 en-suite 1 with tub, 1 with shower stall, 1 free with shower stall)

Loft/sitting room/study with access to a small pocket terrace.

FURNISHINGS
The floors are terracotta and parquet and the ceilings are the original terra cotta and wood beams, the living/dining room has resin floors and a marble fireplace, the kitchen is on 2 levels and is tiled as are all the bathrooms with marble tiles, 1 bedroom has original painted ceiling and walls fashioned from the Pompeian wall paintings, the soft furnishings are in cotton and brocade and the curtains are linen.

AMENITIES
Telephone, internet connection, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fully air-conditioned, linen is supplied, the heating is autonomous (can be controlled by the tenant) and parking space for 1 car may be available on request.

Positive aspects: 
Double glazed windows, mosquito screens, light, elevator, location, parking (when available in the building), lots of built-in closets in each bedroom, terrace.

Negative aspects: 
Steps, noise (pedestrian from street below), small pocket terrace.

Our personal opinion: 
"A very attractive and spacious apartment in a wonderful street, although it can be noisy, because of the universities and coffee shops close by, but the Pompeian bedroom and living room are to the back and are very quiet."

Not included: 
Utilities (gas, water, electricity), internet connection, satellite TV, maid service, parking for 1 car (if available) , condominium expenses, final cleaning and laundry fee.
