The apartment is situated in the centre of the city on one of the main street leading to Piazza del Duomo, 5 minutes walk from the main museums and galleries. The Duomo and the Baptistery are right outside the front door, and 2 minutes walk away is the food market of San Lorenzo, a speciality supermarket, all the main banks and the central post office.

FURNISHINGS:
The apartment is mainly furnished with antiques, and the floors are nearly all parquet.
AMENITIES:
Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, internect connection, telephone, TV.
Positive aspects:
Location, views, spacious, elevator, light, air condition.
Negative aspects:
1 bedroom is transited between other bedrooms (one would have to walk through the bathroom to avoid this); 1 bathroom is small and the shower has no enclosure; the chiming from Giotto’s bell tower, while charming may become tedious; there may be some pedestrian noise, although the apartment is high above ground level. Antique parquet might make some noise when walking on it.
Our personal opinion:
“This apartment is spacious and has a very clean, airy feeling. The views are truly breathtaking, and the Duomo seems to be in the apartment…I didn’t hear the church bells!!!!"
