Positive aspects: 
Good access to public transportation, shops and super market,  light and airy.

Negative aspects: 
Some traffic noise, main bedroom away from bathroom.

Our personal opinion: 
“Bright apartment just outside the city center, typical Florentine neighborhood with all the conveniences.”
