set in the Chianti country side, aprox 8 km from San Polo and 5 Km from Figline Val D'Arno, where all main services can be found, and aprox 30 Km from Florence.

The house has wooden beams, a cellar and detached storage space, autonomous heating system (Gpl and wood) and private well. the land is mainly grass fields with olive trees and a good size orchard space.

Positive aspects: 
small but free standing house, with a good size plot of land, nice sun exposure.

Negative aspects: 
the house would need some upgrade works inside even if everything is functioning

Our personal opinion: 
an "easy" country home in terms of access, use of the out door space, size of the garden and land.
