Location: 
Set on the surrounding hills of Florence half way between Florence and Fiesole, aprox 5 min drive to down town Florence and Fiesole, close to public transport and services.

Description: 
This apartment in really good conditions is part of a bigger villa (with other 5 apartments), and is set on the first floor, plus the tower level for a total of aprox. 240 sq. mt. (2400 sq. ft.), plus aprox. 20 sq. mt. (200 sq. ft.) of a loggia and another space as car parking or storage. On the first floor (15 steps) we have the entrance of the apartment, then going up 18 steps we get to the main level made of an open space style divided by removable panels, with a studio library area, a living area with fireplace, that opens towards the south facing loggia,  a dining area and a good size kitchen; on this level there is also a laundry area and a guest bathroom, and the master area made of a good size bedroom, walk through closet and a bathroom (shower and bathtub). Going up 11 steps in the tower level we find a first double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and going further up 19 steps we have the third bedroom with bathroom (shower). The house has autonomous heating system, cotto tile floors and wooden beam ceilings, very good natural light and views. The villa is surrounded by a condo park and garden (aprox 3 hectares - 9 acres) with a condo pool and car parking.

Positive aspects: 
bright natural sun light, good size rooms, quiet and private.

Negative aspects: 
there are aprox. 40 steps the got to the entrance of the villa from the car parking, the condo pool needs to be refurbished.

Our personal opinion: 
nice "country" location and feeling, but easy reach of Florence and services, modern open style apartment in an old contest.
