The Pitti Palace and the Boboli gardens are close by.  The apartment is located in one of Florence`s historical "palazzi", a building that dates to the 14th century, now owned by a prominent Florentine family.

The bedrooms have frescoed ceilings and walls. 1 bedroom can be accessed directly from the courtyard,

AMENITIES
Telephone, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Jacuzzi, TV, telephone, alarm system, the gas heating may be controlled by the tenant. Linens and kitchenware are provided.

Positive aspects: 
Frescoes, location, ground floor, 1 bedroom can be accessed directly from the courtyard, storage space.

Negative aspects: 
Small dining room, 1 bathroom has no window, may be some noise from the street, no direct sunlight.

Our personal opinion: 
“Centrally located and convenient to restaurants, museums and public transport, this fascinating apartment has frescoed bedrooms which are truly wonderful, and the kitchen is a cook’s dream.”

Included: 
Maid service for 2 hours per week, plus a change of linen once a week.

Not included: 
Telephone, utilities (water, gas and electricity), heating, final cleaning and laundry charge and extra maid service if desired.
