Piazza D`Azeglio is one of Florence`s few tree-lined, residential squares. It is approx. 15 minutes` walk to many of the city`s most famous museums and monuments. Close by are the Sant`Ambrogio open-air fruit and vegetable market and general shopping. The apartment is located near a bus line serving the International school.

Several theatres are located nearby, including "La Pergola" which hosts numerous concerts throughout the year, as well as performances of the famous "Maggio Musicale" (the May musical festival) in the spring. Next to Piazza D`Azeglio is one of Europe`s oldest Synagogues, and Florence`s only kosher restaurant.

Description: 
This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment measures approx. 180 square meters and is situated on the third floor (with elevator). It consists of: a wide entry hall, living room with frescoed ceiling, kitchen, dining room (table for 10), three bedrooms (all with two twin beds that can be joined to form queens) and two bathrooms (one with tub/shower, one with shower).

The apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of modern and antique pieces. It is equipped with air conditioning, T.V., DVD, stereo, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher (ADSL line to be confirmed). The heating is autonomous gas (may be turned on at the client discretion). Linen and kitchenware are supplied.

Tall windows from the living room and front bedroom face Piazza D’Azeglio. The other bedrooms face away from the street/piazza. The kitchen window faces a small inner court.

Maximum 6 persons.

Positive aspects: 
Windows overlooking tree-filled piazza, good location for shops, gyms and fresh produce market. The boulevard surrounding Florence nearby provides easy access to the main highways. There is a play area for small children in the piazza.

Negative aspects: 
One bedroom has a window on the street and there may be some noise. One bathroom has no window. The kitchen is small.

Our personal opinion: 
“A chic apartment on a super piazza”.
