The property requires renovation; the road that runs at the back of the house serves two other properties, but is a dead-end track and therefore carries very limited traffic.



OUR PERSONAL OPINION ¬
The combination of location, existing stone buildings and quality agricultural land make this an excellent development opportunity, with potential to extend. The house holds considerable potential for a characterful redevelopment, with south-facing access to the garden and land beyond, with plenty of space to accommodate a swimming pool.  Even if the access road runs close to the property, it is on the "back" of the house.
