Via delle Palazzine is a hillside lane near the village of San Domenico below Fiesole. It is approx. ten minutes by car from the centre of Florence.

Bus service is close and reliable from the small village of San Domenico (approx. 15 minutes walk) which also offers handy shopping with a pastry shop/gelateria, butcher, grocer, coffee bar, vegetable seller and a good pizzeria. The famous Badia Fiesolana (including the centre for the European University) is also in San Domenico.
DESCRIPTION ¬
This three-bedroom house measures approx. 170 square meters, is part of a lovely villa estate, and is located in one of Florence's most tranquil neighbourhoods. After entering the grounds through an electric gate, there is a gravel drive and parking space for 2 cars.

The house is laid out on two levels. The ground floor consists of: a spacious living room, dining room, small kitchen (with table for 2), a bathroom and a bedroom/study (with a double bed). Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with two twin beds, one with a double), a bathroom (tub/hand shower) and a study area. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and access to a small balcony. The owner is prepared to make any or all of the three bedrooms into singles or doubles.

There are terra cotta floors, wood beam ceilings and lovely views over the city of Florence. The house is equipped with: an alarm system, working fireplace, telephone, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a single sofa bed and satellite television. The oil-run heating is used only by the garden house, at the clients discretion. Maid service is available.

A small portion of the garden allocated directly to the house is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. An additional area laid to grass measuring approx. 200 square meters, is available for the use of the house. The owner encourages tenants to explore the rest of the grounds where this does not impinge on the privacy of other residents. The remaining park is private. The friendly but discreet owner lives on the property.

Sleeps maximum 6 persons.
